Hi friends! Today I'm sharing a sweet little card I made using this adorable Sweet Sledder stamp by Penny Black.
.I fell in love with this stamp and couldn't wait to color in the image with my Copic markers. I cut around the upper half of the image and created a snow drift all in one piece to pop up on the lower half of the card. I used the big pine tree from Penny Black's Woodland Beauty stamp set. That's my go-to pine tree for a lot of my scenic cards. I topped it off with the Believe die, cut from a brushed gold cardstock.
Stamps: Sweet Sledder, Woodland Beauty (Penny Black),
Dies: Believe (Penny Black).
Ink: It's A Boy, Spruce, Midnight (Catherine Pooler Designs), clear emboss (Versamark), Copic Markers.
Paper: white cardstock (neenah), brushed gold cardstock (My Favorite Things).
Accessories: white superfine embossing powder (WOW!), dimensional tape.

I added some little spots of snow all over this image using superfine white embossing powder. You can see I wasn't precise at all because I wanted it too look like a flurry of snow falling. I added it over the images also. Then I ink blended a blue sky over the top using my favorite blue, It's a Boy by Catherine Pooler Designs. It's the perfect hue for a sky! You can see here where I cut around the image and created a snowdrift all in one long piece for the front of the card. The tree is stamped on the card base so that it looks like it stands just over the snow drift.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day!
Lisa
