MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge # 233

It's time for another sketch challenge over at My favorite Things.

Everyone needs a few congratulatory cards in their stash for those special occasions that come up like anniversaries, engagements, retirements and graduations.   I glammed this one up a little with some strips of sparkly Recollections glitter paper and some foil cardstock.  I also decided to go a little cockeyed with the middle layer just to add a little interest to the stark, straight lines in this week's sketch.
